Report something without being a member
If you have seen something in the club — a photo of you that you did not agree to, a member who behaves badly — you do not need to be a member to report it. Write to the address above and say what you saw and, if you can, when. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Content and members that break the club rules are removed.
How joining works
CCB is a club, not an open network. To join, two current members vouch for you with their referral codes. If you do not know anyone in the club yet, write to us — there are welcome rides for people who are new.
Your account and your data
- Delete your account: in the app, Profile → Delete account. Everything goes at once. You do not need to write to us.
- See what we hold: everything is visible in the app. For anything beyond that, email us.
- What the app stores and who sees it: Your data.
Something is broken
In the app, use the feedback button on any screen. It sends your description and, only if you attach one, a screenshot. Or email us — say which iPhone and which iOS version, that saves a round trip.
Group rides
Group rides in the app are informal meetups that members post themselves. The app does not organize, lead or supervise them. Everyone rides at their own risk and is responsible for their own safety, bike and insurance. The club rules, which every member confirms, say the same.
