These Terms of Use apply to the use of the iOS application “EditMe” (hereinafter “the App”), including the integrated Photo Editing Extension, developed and published by Ferdinand Drobik trading as Nordic App Studio (hereinafter “the Developer”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
These Terms apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store.
EditMe is a local photo editor for iPhone and iPad.
The App offers:
The App is available in German, English, French, and Japanese. It runs entirely on the device and sends none of your photos or personal data over the network. It has no accounts. EditMe offers one optional auto-renewing subscription, EditMe Pro, which unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple through the App Store; you can view, change, or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
The App is a creative tool. The visual choices you make using it — exposure, contrast, color rendering, paper grade, crop, etc. — are your own. The Developer makes no claim that any specific edit is “correct” or representative of any particular film stock, print process, or scene as it appeared at capture.
Where the App applies a C-41-style negative inversion, the result is an interpretation produced by the App’s pipeline on your device. It is not a calibrated facsimile of any specific lab process and is not intended as forensic, scientific, or evidentiary output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for:

The Developer is nevertheless not responsible for any third-party software, sync service (including iCloud Photos), or user action that may subsequently move, alter, or delete those originals.
Use of the App is at your own risk.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
