If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms of Use apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
All rights to the App remain with the developer.
KLUG is a language learning application designed to help users learn German.
The App may include features such as:
Features may change, expand, or be modified over time.
KLUG may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.
Examples include:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal charge will occur within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial period is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
The App may offer consumable digital items such as coins or tokens.
These may be used within the App to unlock stories, themes, or other content.
All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
Consumable purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The App includes AI-powered conversation features. These features are powered by Apple Intelligence and Apple Foundation Models.
Use of these features may require compatible hardware, including:

is protected by intellectual property law and is the property of Ferdinand Drobik.
All illustrations in the App are original hand-drawn works.
No part of the App may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer does not guarantee that:
To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory legal liability.
The developer may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if these Terms of Use are violated.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.
The current version will always be available within the App.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark.
